إن ما يسمى بـ “الحبة السحرية” لن تكون فعالة إلا عندما يتم حقن السحر في حبة فيزيائية لم تخبر ثيلان هؤلاء النبلاء أبدًا أنها تستطيع فعلاً حث قوتها على أي شيء، سبب إختيارها للحبوب هو أنه من السهل عليها التحكم في قوتها ولكن هذا أيضًا جعل النبلاء ينسون الطبيعة الحقيقية لقدرتها.
بعد لحظة من الصمت نظرت ويندي نحو مومو وسألتها “لقد قلت قدراتنا هل مومو أيضًا…”.
في تلك الحفلة طبقت ثيلان قدرتها على جميع الأطعمة والمشروبات هذا هو الموقف الوحيد الذي سيخفف فيه النبلاء حذرهم.

“فهمت” تمتمت ويندي وهي تشدهم إلى حضنها “لابد أنك عانيت كثيرًا أعدك أن هذا لن يحدث لك مرة أخرى”.
نظرت ثيلان ومومو إلى بعضهما البعض.
“ألا تحتقريننا؟” سألت ثيلان وهي تعض شفتها.
“حسنًا ماذا توقعت؟”.
“لم؟ فقط بسبب ماضيك البائس؟” قالت ويندي بهدوء “الكنيسة عاملتني كذلك ليس لدي سبب لإلقاء اللوم على الضحايا بدلا من ذلك هؤلاء النبلاء هم الذين يجب أن ألقي باللوم عليهم”.

إنفجرت ويندي ضاحكة وقالت “لا يمكنك الحكم على شخص من خلال قدرته المفتاح يكمن في الشخص الذي يستخدمها كلما عرفنا أكثر عن القدرة بإمكاننا إستخدامها بشكل أفضل في المستقبل”.
