و عندما رأى السمكة الطائرة الصغيرة تنفث نار لقتال المقصلة ، انفتح فم الرجل الأصلع على مصراعيه. لقد أصيب بصدمة شديدة لدرجة أنه لم يستطع إغلاق فمه. فتلك النار المخيفة يمكنها خوض معركة مع روح الهية ، ولم تظهر أي علامة على كونها في وضع غير مؤاتي. بل ان المعبد الإلهي كله غُمر في النار. و فقط مذبح الإله ، الذي جلست عليه المقصلة ، لم يحترق.
ضحكت الدمية وكأنها مجنونة. “أخبرتك. بغض النظر عن مدى قوته ، فهو مجرد إله بري على الطاولة. بالمقارنة مع إله حقيقي مثلي ، هناك فجوة في القوة لا يمكنها إغلاقها”.
أطلقت المقصلة ألسنة اللهب الأسود الأرجواني والأرواح الشريرة. بينما قامت السمكة الطائرة بإخمادهم بالنيران البيضاء.
