غرفة الـإستقبال
“أوه.” تمتم تاتسويا وهو ينظر من النافذة إلى الفناء.
“لا أستطيع أن أقول ما إذا كان القدر يربطنا بقوة أم لا. يبدو أننا دائما بالكاد نفتقد بعضنا البعض.”
لقد أعاد عقل ميوكي إلى الوقت الحاضر.
“أياكو-سان و فوميا-كن؟”
“أوني-ساما؟”
“هما بالتأكيد ليسا من النوع الذي يعرف أننا هنا ولا يقول مرحبا.”
“إنهما الأشقاء كوروبا.” أجاب على سؤالها غير المعبر عنه ، و تعبيره يخون تلميحا من المفاجأة.
لقد أعاد عقل ميوكي إلى الوقت الحاضر.
“أياكو-سان و فوميا-كن؟”
“… هل يمكن أن تكون مصادفة؟” سألت.
ربما أظهر تاتسويا مفاجأة طفيفة فقط ، لكن ميوكي كانت مختلفة. في حالة من الارتباك ، بدأت في النهوض ، و توقفت في منتصف الطريق ، غيرت رأيها ، و جلست مرة أخرى.
“يبدو أنهما عادا للتو.”
“يبدو أنهما عادا للتو.”
“هما بالتأكيد ليسا من النوع الذي يعرف أننا هنا ولا يقول مرحبا.”
كان الأشقاء كوروبا قد خرجا لتوهما من مبنى منفصل حيث تعيش جدتهما. الأخت الصغرى لجد تاتسويا و ميوكي الراحل ، كانت عمة الرئيسة الحالية للعائلة ، مايا. كوروبا فوميا هو المرشح الثاني لتولي رئاسة عائلة يـوتسوبـا. لم يكن غريبا رؤيتهما يأتيان إلى مسكن جدتهما ليريا كيف كانت حالتها. لم تبد ميوكي متفاجئة من حقيقة أنهما أتيا إلى هنا أيضا – كانت مفاجأتها بسبب شيء آخر.
ربما أظهر تاتسويا مفاجأة طفيفة فقط ، لكن ميوكي كانت مختلفة. في حالة من الارتباك ، بدأت في النهوض ، و توقفت في منتصف الطريق ، غيرت رأيها ، و جلست مرة أخرى.
