لكن لم يكن الأمر وكأنّه يستطيع تحمّل ذلك.
أطلق كايل صيحةً مذعورة في اللحظة التي سمع فيها كلماتهم.
’لماذا لا أشعر بأيّ دهشة؟’

كان الصراخ هو ما أيقظ الجميع من ذهولهم.
